Monthly review of website plugins and perform any required plugin updates. Plugin updates are typically released every month and if not updated, the functionality of your website is threatened.

Content Management

To include image and copy updates for existing website pages and/or the addition of new pages (from existing templates).

24/7 Security Monitoring

Routinely check your website to identify any broken links.

Performance Check

Is your website slow sometimes?  Making sure that your site is fully optimized is an important part of your visitors experience and google analytics takes site speed into account when ranking.  This is why it is important to make sure it is performing at its best.  We will do performance checks and make recommendations if we find the site is too slow or has issues.

Account Manager

NCN will assign you an account manager that will be available to help answer your website support questions.

Project Workspace

Clients are provided access to the NCN client portal to view changes, updates and report any website support needs.

Version Control

NCN follows development best practices and uses github to track all site updates.  We will then update the staging site and then your production site.

Multisite Support

Standard Support Two hours of website updates per month (not to include new pages and need to be booked at one time)

Professional Support Four hours of website updates per month (not to include new pages and need to be booked at one time.
